To register for our products, employment, or services, you may be required to give certain information about yourself, such as your name, address, and phone number. This is necessary for the registration process and to communicate with you about products, employment, and services. You represent and warrant that any information you supply will always be accurate, complete, and current.
It is completely illegal to attempt to replicate, duplicate, reproduce, misappropriate, sell or resell our product, job, or service.
You are completely liable for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may experience directly or indirectly as a result of your unauthorized acts and may face criminal or civil liability as a result.
You agree to indemnify and hold Superior Housing and its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers, managers, employees, and agents, harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfil any obligations relating to your credentials incurred by you or any other person using your credentials.
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense responsibility for any claim for which we are indemnified under this User Agreement. In such a circumstance, you agree to cooperate with us to the extent that we reasonably request.
